Faircloth & Reynolds began as a small trade business on the Coffs Coast and has grown into a multi-branch team servicing NSW and QLD. Backed by reliability, craftsmanship, and regional pride, we deliver air conditioning, refrigeration, catering equipment, and stainless steel fabrication with the same care on every job, from major builder partnerships to one-off domestic installs.

We also believe in doing things properly for the long term, with a focus on environmentally responsible solutions and quality Australian-made products wherever possible.

We have been experiencing a problem with our Braemar ducted air conditioning system for some time, which caused water to leak into our bathroom, thereby damaging the ceiling. The company that installed the system, after several call-outs over a number of years, failed to detect and repair the fault. In desperation, I contacted Faircloth Reynolds Coffs Harbour and they sent Dean out to see if he could locate the problem. He very quickly found that there was a broken pipe, which he determined had been leaking quite heavily into the ceiling space over a considerable period of time. He replaced the pipe without any fuss and now everything is fine. We have had two insurance claims because of this fault and we are glad to say that we can now use our air conditioning, thanks to Faircloth Reynolds and their professional technical staff. I also found their administrative staff very professional and easy to deal with. Kudos to Faircloth Reynolds!

Elijah came out today to fix my broken ducted system after a gheko had shorted out the main board. He was courteous and very helpful. Thinking creatively, he asked me for a steel scourer, which he then used to plug the gap where any gheko might enter the back of the compressor. I feel confident now we won't have anymore kamikaze gheko attacks in future. Thanks Elijah for the great service!
